Developer DeViL303 has a new updated version of webMAN LaunchPAD as an alternate way of launching and displaying webMAN Games is born with this XMB modification that has been officially supported by the webMAN MOD plugin for awhile now. In this update there has been some new icons added, created by psx-place member Berion, also a new darker background which is a welcome addition can be seen in this new update. View rest of the change is v0.13 and not the changes from a version earlier in the week in v0.12) also.​

Team molecule, the group of developers ( Davee, Proxima, xyz, and YifanLu.) that delivered the HENkaku exploit and thus brought new life into the Vita / PS TV community as many developer 's had a great platform to program many new homebrew creations we have seen in the past months . Now the team has took the HEN (HENkaku) and were able to exploit the Vita firmware farther and thus have released " taiHEN - A CFW Framework for PS Vita for the Vita enabling kernel and user plugins for everyone" The team has released taiHEN, taiHENkaku ,Plugin supporting SDK,, & Vita Development Wiki. ​

Alexander is here with 4.81 FERROX Standard Edition (v1.00) CFW, following the release of 4.81 DARKNET by darkjiros . Also a Standard CEX firmware built from 4.81 Firmware comes with the usual options and features for FERROX, but if you recall for 4.80 the developer did something different adding some XMB Mods and adding the link to the CyberModding Homebrew Store, which many liked seeing the mods and other did not. So Alexander has two flavors planned one that is the "cleaned" version and then another that is a modded version. First up is the standard version and the mooded version to come soon.​

Developer darkjiros is back in the PS3 scene and following the release of his 4.81 DARKNET (v1.00) CEX CFW the developer has released v4.81 of the PS3 Nor & Nand Auto Patcher. This utility is a useful tool in the downgrading process for a PlayStation 3 model that is capable of a downgrade to 3.55 & below. As it will patch both NOR or NAND dumps (dependent on your PS3 model)​

Developer Aldostools has published a new update to the very popular PS3 homebrew IRISMAN. The feature rich backup manager now supports Mamba 3.x, which is the version that has closed the gap with Cobra and Mamba, giving mamba PSP and PS2 ISO support. Aldo also adds various changes and additions in relation to mamba as outlined in the changelog provided. Also note that a new version labeling system showing the supported firmware, so in this case 4.80 CFW is the latest we now have with this update IRISMAN v04.80.00​

Who does not like XMB modifications? Well, he is one that integrates a Homebrew Store right on to your PS3 XMB and contains alot of the scene homebrew and so many things i have not even got a chance to view the entire collection of themes and various other things he has stored in there as he is always adding new things from his personal server that magically show up for available downloads on the XMB. If you have this installed already can easily be updated from the PS3 as well, so what is new in this update from devloper DeViL303, check it out in the details provided.​

Joel16 is back with a new update to the original Vita identification tool called VITAindent, With an update progressing the Homebrew Utility to version 0.4 as developer Joel16 adds additional improvements since adding a GUI version in the v0.3 update. In v0.4 better model detection and additional displaying of information like displaying of internal storage has been some of the additions found in this update,​

Here is a utility for the Vita community called Application Storage Manager by Lupo511, this utility takes advantage of the extra free space on the internal storage on various PS Vita & PlayStation TV [vita tv], something we have seen psx-place's own @atreyu187 make mention of a few times and outlined in the recent thread "Need Extra data for your Vita / PsTv" that contains some interesting details in how Sony iblocks off access completely for some models despite the space being there. This utility from lupo511 makes moving apps easy from internal storage to the Vita memory card a breeze.​
