Over at PlayStationHAX.it developer Mysis has released code giving DEX user's a special treat, as the developer has found a solution for Blu-Ray disc playback (0x800299D2 fix) on DEX CFW such as REBUG in DEX Mode. Mysis has tested this on only REBUG REX v4.46, but Rebug developer Joonie has also confirmed the code works on REBUG REX v4.75.3. So we should hopefully see this new feature for DEX users coming to future updates of DEX firmwares.​
