I will be simple and concise, a friend of my brother wants his PS3 SLIM unlocked, this have a system with 4.87
I have understood that the CFW can be done in a slim cech-2001a but they also accept HEN... also the pros and cons, but even so my doubt is more of a feeling... I'd better install HEN and thus avoid problems or install CFW anyway?
i think this because what i read about the CFW is it have more freedom for mod and editing whatever is in the console but this could means a future brick if you no know what to do, meanwhile HEN is more reduced but more secure about restore the console itself
I say this with doubts, because I have a super slim console with hen, unlocked by myself, but here we are adults at home without extra curious little children, so I ask the community here, if my feeling is unfounded or not.

Edit: I want to add that my concern comes because this person mentions that their children are very curious... and that left me a little nervous because they are not going to touch something in the CFW that ends up deleting everything
